Problem with a javascript

As the title, I have problem with a javascript that in local works great, but when i transfer wp on my hosts not work!
I found the script on web and it’s based on scriptaculous, prototype and behaviour libs. On the same template I use another script that use scriptaculous and prototype libs and it works both on local and on host
Someone can help me?
