Problem with a PDF file in a link

    how are You?

    I have a problem with my website:
    – in the footer, I try too add a link into “Regulamin Cateringu” where should be a PDF file from my media galery but there is anytime an error 403

    I dont use any security plugins…

    Can You maybe help me ?
