Problem with a selector

    I have two selectors for my product, in one of them I choose the type of upholstery for the mattress, between three types, and then the colour of the type of upholstery I have chosen. In the second one you choose the upholstery for the base and once you have chosen the upholstery, you choose the colour, exactly the same as in the mattress selector.

    The first selector works perfectly, but in the second one it always shows the same type of colour, the Milano colour, no matter if I select another upholstery it always shows me the Milano colour, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, because apparently everything is the same, I hope you can help me.

    I checked the page you share and I believe there might be a problem with the conditions set up for that second Milano color, as it appears for each option: https://vertis.d.pr/i/16CHhV; https://vertis.d.pr/i/lv6idU; https://vertis.d.pr/i/Kc8IDO.

    Can you please share some screenshots of the configuration you made? Especially with the conditions tab of the second Milano color.

    Thank you very much for your prompt reply. It seems to be working now. I resolved the issue by deleting the Milano field and recreating it. However, a new issue has arisen: the value I added for the selected option is not being displayed.

    Great, I’m glad you solved the displaying issue.

    I checked your website, and the values in the dropdown are visible: https://vertis.d.pr/i/1n7av4. Have you set a default value in the settings, and is it not displayed? Can you share some screenshots of the configuration of this input?

    Now I have another problem. I changed the title to “Choose the colour of the mattress” for all three types of upholstery. It is visible in the PPOMS builder, but it doesn’t appear on the website. What happened? Do I need to delete and recreate them?

    The first link is not correct and I cannot see its content. Can you please share a screenshot of the PPOM meta group panel so I can understand what you mean?

    Sorry, I’m not sure what happened to that URL. I will send it to you again. In the configuration, you can see the option ‘CHOOSE MATTRESS FABRIC COLOUR’, as well as the same options for MILANO and GIOVANNI. However, these selections are not visible on the product page.

    Thank you for the new screenshot.

    I will share my thoughts to see if I understand the issue: The problem is that the Choose Color Fabrics for the mattress is not visible, as it happened for Milano (https://vertis.d.pr/i/tkm7D6) and Giovanni (https://vertis.d.pr/i/WRs9bH), where it is correctly displayed.

    If this is the issue, please share a screenshot of the configurations you made for the mattress’s Color Fabrics. Otherwise, please share more details, mentioning the exact names of the fields.

    Ok, this seems to have been magically fixed, maybe due to the cache. However, I’m now facing the same issue I mentioned yesterday. When you select the Fabrics upholstery, the next dropdown for selecting the color shows a default color. But for the other upholsteries, Milano and Giovanni, the color selector is blank, even though we’ve added a value in the configuration for the selected option. I would like the “Choose color” dropdown to show a value by default and not be a blank selector. I’ve attached some screenshots for your reference.
