Problem with accessing admin area

Hello.
I changed one of my “options” in the wp-admin area and now my page comes up with seemingly no style sheet to it? It looks as if it is simply raw code…It no longer includes my header image and text.

1. I can no longer access my admin area, it seems this page automatically redirects to alternate view.
