Problem with acf field wysiwyg

    Hi,

    When I duplicate post who contain ACF wysiwyg fields with tags like strong, ul or li , my new post contains multiple characters like “u003cstrongu003e” “u003culu003e”.

    Do you know how to fix this problem ?

  • @lucile13 we’re having this exact same issue, so very interested to hear what the solution might be. For a bit more context, it seems to occur anytime block attributes containing unicode data are used. Similar to @lucile13 this only seems to effect WYSIWYG fields for me.

    An example:

    Ready to be taken aback by \u003cem\u003eawesome features.\u003c/em\u003e
    it become
    Ready to be taken aback by u003cemu003eawesome features.u003c/emu003e

    This plugin had a similar issue which it seems was to do with wp_slash being used? https://github.com/awesomemotive/one-click-demo-import/issues/179

    Hey, @metaphorcreations – this is great! Looks like the unicode issue is fixed, however, there is one small side issue, it seems to add it line breaks – see the below images for comparison. Any idea if this might be fixable?
