Problem with activating the PMpro integration addon

    I bought a license key for the paid membership pro integration addon on gvectors, and I’m not able to activate it, I’ve already contacted gvectors support and they forwarded me to that support. Could you help me resolve this problem?

    I can only find this (https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-paid-membership-pro/) related to Paid Memberships Pro which is an integration Add On that is developed and supported by gVectors.

    That plugin is an integration plugin that is developed and supported by the author. We don’t develop or support this.

    The core Paid Memberships Pro plugin and plugins that we author on https://paidmembershipspro.com are developed and supported by us.

    They said that the problem is that Paid membership pro don’t recognizes the key, would you be able to take a look?

    Only a Paid Memberships Pro core license key that is purchased directly from https://paidmembershipspro.com/ would validate on the Memberships > License page.

    Any integrations or Add Ons that generate an Add On themselves would likely need to be entered in a page that that integration has created to validate it and offer updates for the respective integration or Add On.

    If that company is claiming that the license you purchased is a ‘Paid Memberships Pro’ license, then I’m afraid this would be false information as we have no affiliation with them and no one sells any Paid Memberships Pro licenses on behalf of us.
