Problem with adding media

I have already had support with this error.

I have put a fresh install at https://www.stickyfingersfancycakes.co.uk
I have left as basic install with the plugins on install and the standard theme.

When trying to upload an image from the page editor clicking ‘upload/insert’, this is where the problem starts.

A blank / grey / transparent page is displayed. With no up-loader.

What is the problem?
