Problem with addresses from Woocommerce

I own the full license from Peepso but on your site I could not find how to write a complaint in support! I am writing here!
I have installed Peepso the newest version + Woocommerce + PeepSo Integrations: WooCommerce + WooCommerce Ship to Multiple Addresses!
The problem is this: If I create an additional address through the section My Account -> Adresses, then everything is fine with the new Sipping adress!
But, if I want to add the address through the User Profile -> About -> Addresses, then I get an error. https://c2n.me/3XJxdyD
address is not added!

P.S. I don’t know how on peepso.com to write in support there everything is very confusing! and difficult !!!!
