Problem with admin Page and Assumptions

    Hello ladies and gentlemen!
    First off, my website: https://www.hausverstand.com/
    2 Days ago after I was done with work, before I turned off my Computer I updated all my stuff on wordpress, as I do pretty often. The next day I suddenly realize that I can’t access the admin page anymore (/wp-admin). I can access the login page and that kind of stuff, but when I successfully log in, it promptly says “The site doesn’t work, HTTP Error 500“. However, the site itself still works perfectly fine.

    Today I tried to troubleshoot by connecting via FTP onto the server, and disabling each plugin one by one, and found out that when I disable my Woocommerce Plugin the site completely breaks (White screen of death). Surprisingly, I think, my site doesn’t even need woocemmerce! The problem is, the website basically runs on all the other plugins like products and Events, so I can’t just disable all plugins.
