Problem with administrator permisions

    Hello,

    I think that I have precisely the same issue as the one resolved in the post:

    However, I have replicated the same process: removing the transient data and the rows in the wp_options table with the following SQL statement: “DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘%wc_facebook_%’;”, and I can’t resolve the problem.

    Maybe the error is with the execution of the SQL statement, as I obtained as a result of the execution a message saying that 0 lines were affected.

    I obtained as a result of the execution a message saying that 0 lines were affected

    I understand you are performing a SQL query, as a work-around for the issue with Facebook for WooCommerce saying you don’t have the necessary permissions. 0 rows affected could mean there was nothing to delete.

    Can you please navigate under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? (if any error is visible, let us know) And share a copy of the fatal error log.
