Problem with ai form formatting

Hello,
I notice that formatting, bold, italics, Hn … are not inserted in the answer given by the api. When I give the prompt in chat GPT I get the formatting and when I go through ai forms the answer doesn’t contain the formatting. Do you have a solution please? Thanks a lot

On the first screenshot there is the result of chatgpt and on the second secreenshot there is the result of the form. We can see the difference with the formating. There are not bold, no table …

To further investigate the formatting issue please follow the steps below using Google Chrome:
– Open your form on Google Chrome.
– Right-click on the page and select ‘Inspect’ or simply press Ctrl+Shift+I on your keyboard to open the Developer Console.
– Navigate to the ‘Network’ tab within the Developer Console.
– Now, hit ‘Generate’ on your form.
– Wait for the request to complete in the Network tab. Once completed, look for a link that begins with index.php?wpaicg_stream… and click on it.
– On the right side, click on the ‘Event Stream’ tab. This will show you the response from OpenAI.
– Capture a screenshot of this section, particularly where the response text is displayed. Please ensure to capture the part where the formatting characters like <b> or <i> are shown, if they are present. Once you have the screenshot, pls share it with me for further analysis.Please see the attached screenshot for your reference.
