problem with "All in one seo pack"

the “All in one seo pack” plugin with theme “Nest” missing meta description, while on activation default theme “Twenty Eleven” its work fine.
the FAQ on plugin page instruct wp_head(); before </head>
https://semperfiwebdesign.com/blog/all-in-one-seo-pack/all-in-one-seo-faq/the wp_head(); is already available in theme “Nest”.
