    Hello,

On my site, the types of files authorized for uploading only take into account the .ZIP format! I am unable to put something else as a format in the settings! When I enter the file extensions I want to allow uploading via WPDM (ex: png, jpg, pdf), I always get a file path error.

Thank you in advance, truthfully yours,

    Claude

  • Hi,
    Hope you are well.
Please reset your File browser Root Path by following this.
Also, make sure that you are using the latest version 3.2.11 of the WPDM plugin.
    THank you

Please don’t add space after comma (,). It should be like png, jpg, pdf

    Thanks to you two.

It still does not work. I have this message:

    public_html / wp-content / uploads / download-manager-files / Creative Commons License.pdf)! Invalid File Type.

    Claude

PS : You absolutely have to write the extensions like this: zip,pdf ( without any space ).

try just adding * or keep empty for WordPress default. That should work fine.
