Problem with anchor

Not working at my website when i setup a anchor “-” and the same charakter are in the heading. Plugin generate wrong link:
should be https://porady.org/pomysl-na-biznes-porady#88-pomysl-na-biznes-uslugi-fotograficzne
and is (at left, code is ok):
https://porady.org/pomysl-na-biznes-porady#88-pomysl-na-biznes–uslugi-fotograficzne
