Problem with API on search bar

    Hello ! on this page maps displays correctly but I have the error “Could not load Google Maps correctly on this page” when I enter a city in search bar…

    APIs are ok for billing; and those API are well activated :
    Directions API – – – Détails
    Geocoding API 19 – 226 Détails
    Maps Embed API – – – Détails
    Maps JavaScript API 49 – 44 Détails

    Do you have an idea why this message appear ? Thanks

    Hi!

    It seems there are some issues with your API keys. Could you please share with us a screenshot of your Wp Store Locator settings, when you click on the “Show Response” button at the beginning of the settings. That could give us a hint on what is going on.

    I am seeing this error in the JavaScript console when performing a search:

    “This API project is not authorized to use this API. Places API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError”

    So I am inclined to think that the API keys are not properly created.

    You can use this article in the documentation and use the provided buttons to generate a new set of keys. The buttons in the article will create the keys with the appropriate APIs enabled.
