problem with automatic scrolling

Hello,

I have following problem – my page is reloading and then its scrolling instead of just scrolling after clicking a button (for example. wejd?) button and then its scrolling. Problem is different when I try to navigate through menu – page is scrolling correctly but after this its reloading as well.

How could i fix it? Thank u from advance.
