Problem with banners and the group and rotation function

thanks for reaching out.

I tried to reproduce the behavior using the kadence theme and injecting ad groups on pages. I was unable to provoke the multiple ad injection by myself.

Since the group settings showing on this screenshot are looking fine, I can only expect another plugin or configuration to break the limitation and causing all three ads to show simultaneously.

Please analyze this behavior using the Health Check plugin. This helps to identify possible plugin or theme incompatibles.

If you like, please place such a group on a not so much visited page and send me the link right here. And I will take a closer look.

oh, I forgot to include the link, yes this is the plugin.

After it is activated, you’ll find a “troubleshoot” button on each plugin in your plugin overview. Pressing this button on the Advanced Ads plugin will load your page with only this plugin enabled.

This troubleshooting mode is only visible for you and does not affect your live site.

You can enable additional plugins, themes and end the troubleshooting mode through the health check menu in your admin bar.

This should show if the behavior of the group is still the same.

If not, you can activate your plugins one by one until you know which is causing the seen behavior.

I can see the three ads on three different placements “contenuto 7”, “contenuto 6”, and “contenuto 4”. Can you please ensure the group “tineco” is only assigned to one single placement and send me a screenshot from your placement overview page?

Thanks for the screenshots.

You have three content placements after the 5th paragraph, “contenuto 7”, “contenuto 6”, and “contenuto 4” and you’re injecting the group “tineco” on all of them. This is the reason the ads are also showing three times after another.

If you want only one of the tree ads to appear, please only use one placement on this position.
