Problem with blank search page

I need help with the behavior of the plugin when the search returns no results. On my client’s site, the WooCommerce search page goes blank and the search form disappears when the user performs a search that doesn’t find any products. This means that the user cannot see any message or link to return to the previous page. Is there a way to prevent this from happening and keep the search form visible? I would appreciate any guidance on how to fix this problem. I would like that in these cases no action were generated when pressing enter or clicking the magnifying glass.
