Problem with bundle products on import orders

    Hi,

    We would like to use bundle products for imported orders.

    But as soon as we do a test order (via bol.com) we see that the order only comes in as the bundle sku and don’t convert it to normal products. If we place the order via our own website there is no problem.

    Is this plugin even suitable for imported orders?

    Hi @christiaanschilstra ,

    Maybe our plugin isn’t compatible with the conversion mechanism of manual orders. We have received some similar reports with the REST API order import as well. Unfortunately, our developers are incapable of solving this properly yet.

    For now, it’s only possible to create orders of bundle via normal purchase process.
