Problem with cache

Hey there,

is it possible that you add support for following cache plugin so the ulike will work if cache is enabled? https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/cache-enabler/

Currently the number of likes won’t show if you reload the page. It only shows the number when the cache was built.
