problem with caching

hi
i’ve problem with caching. my website without caching is opening new version of template design. but when i enable caching, it shows previous version. i deleted cache from plugin and from cache folder (ftp). but it didn’t helped. i also unchecked all options, but it’s also not helping. what to do for this? how delete that cache files so it start caching new version of theme blocks.
