Problem with Captcha

    Hi, I have a question about issue with reCAPTCHA v3. On one page on my website some users get the following error: ‘reCAPTCHA validation failed. Please, try again later’. I’m unable to recreate the issue on my end, but I received a screenshot with this error from one user.

    • On this page we have 2 Ninja forms, but this shouldn’t cause an error, is that correct? (we have the newest version of the plugin installed on the site).
    • We have CF7 plugin installed on the site but no forms are present on page where error appears. CF7 also uses reCAPTCHA v3 (same keys). Could this be a problem?
    • Finally, we use Cloudflare and plugin called Beaver Builder which appears to have own caching system too. Could this be the reason why problem occurs?

    Because I can’t recreate the issue on my end, it is very hard to investigate it. I hope that maybe your team has more experience with this type of issue and could advice if any of the above could cause the error?

Since you’re unable to reproduce consistently, it’s likely that we’ll need to take a first hand look and try to replicate ourselves.
