    Hi @frantizek

I hope you are doing well.

I have checked the EB Post Carousel and EB Woo Product Carousel on my live site using the latest version of the plugin. But I didn’t find any issues. Here is the screen recording of how I set up both of them: https://d.pr/v/vDvvzW

Here is the screencast of my mobile device using Chrome: https://d.pr/v/2RcvLv

You can also check our demo page here: https://essential-blocks.com/demo/post-carousel/
    https://essential-blocks.com/demo/woo-product-carousel/

So, could you please try to check for plugin conflicts by following this:

Plugin conflict check: Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to temporarily deactivate all the plugins except Essential Block, Essential Block PRO(if any). Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins.

After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely.

Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.

Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty Three. And, check back as well.

Let me know how it goes. If you are still facing an issue, please share your page URL, after updating to the latest version, so that we could check, if there is any console error or not.

    Thank you!

    Hi @zebaafiashama
thank you for replying. Yes, it is working with desktop browsers, but not on a mobile phone (in my case One Plus 7Pro) . I have deactivated all my Plugins except ‘Essential Blocks’ : still the same : not showing up on mobile phone browsers … no problems with desktop browsers.

    Thank you

    Hi @frantizek

I hope you’re doing well. That seems unusual. I’ve tested this on multiple Android devices, and everything looks perfect. You can see a screencast from one of our devices here: https://d.pr/v/r5FO95.

I’ve checked both Chrome and Brave browsers. Could you please share the exact link where you’re experiencing the responsive issue? We’ll look into it and get back to you. In the meantime, could you try checking on another device if possible and clear your browser cache for that page? This might help resolve the issue.

Also, please ensure that the feature isn’t disabled under Advanced -> Responsive Control -> Hide on Mobile.https://d.pr/i/tp0Dv4

Looking forward to your response. Have a great day!

    Hi @frantizek

Could you please confirm if both of our demo links are displaying correctly? You can check them here:

    ? https://essential-blocks.com/demo/woo-product-carousel/

I’ve tried checking from a OnePlus 7 Pro (Android 13) device, and I can assure you that it’s not an issue with the plugin. It may be related to the device itself. If you have access to the same device, please give it a try as well.

Additionally, please share your live URL so we can test it on all our Android devices.
    Looking forward to your response.

    Have a nice day!

    Hallo @mahbubshovan

    thank you for your support.
Tried everything but with no success. On the One Plus 7Pro (Android 13) every chrome based browser was not showing the carousel.

But finally fixed : I setup the carousel from scratch … and now everything is working like expected. Don’t have a clue, what was wrong …

    Thank you again
