Problem with category page

  • Filters on category page are not working, when I click on the category it should sort by category or lead me to a page with that category. But I see when I hover over any category their permalink starts with # which is not good cause that is for staying on the same page and doing nothing.
    What do I need to do to fix that?

    The category page which you are looking is not coming from plugin. The category page is handled by theme.

    It looks like it is coming from your theme.

    You can ask to your theme author about this. Their support team will help you in this.
