    Hi,

    I have my wordpress up and running and everything is great except that one of the pages (the contact page) won’t center. The more I think about it I’m not so sure that contact page is the one off center, the other ones might just as well be. I’ve tried to delete the off-center page and making a new one, still doesnt center. I’ve looked through the style.css and tried a few different margin settings. Grateful for some tips!

    Link to the off center page: https://www.itsok.se/kontakt

  • Hi alexanderse,

    Both pages seem to be aligned identically. If one page is ‘off-center’ then all of them are. You may need to check your CSS and HTML to fix this.

    If you mean to center the contact text within the body paragraphs, you can use HTML such as <center> TEXT TEXT </center>

    Hi thanks for the quick reply.

    I mean the page moves to the right on that specifik link. Every content on the page moves a bit to the right, its more obvious if you use the menu links on the site.

    Hi Alexander,

    I also see that the “Kontakt” page moves a bit to the right. On my computer this is being caused by “kontakt” being the only page without a scroll bar.

    So, the “Kontakt” page is not pushed to the right, but:
    all the other pages are being pushed a bit to the left because of the scroll bar.

    Nice catch, thank you. I added this line to the code to force a sidebar on every page:

    html {
    height: 102%;
    }

    seems to be working, TY!
