Problem with Changing Posts Dates and Permalinks

    Ever since I did the upgrade to the newest WP I cannot change my Post Dates nor edit my permalinks. I also am unable to change a Private Post to a Public post (not the reverse) I am NOT getting any error- just nothing happens. Is this an upgrade problem??
