Problem with changing time periods in Compare Prices chart

    I am embedding a Prices Comparison chart in a web page. When I apply the settings on your website “Live Test” to create the chart, the bottom menu with the different time periods (1m, 3m, 6m etc) works fine.

    However when I embed the chart on my webpage, these menu items are still there but cant be clicked to change the time period of the chart.

    I havent changed from the default 365 days in “number of days” setting.

    How can I correct this please?

    We have never this issue before. It seems related to the way Wix handles iframes, as none of the mouse events are sent to the Stockdio iframe. Not only the click is not received, but also the tooltip is not triggered when you hover over the chart. This is not related to Stockdio but rather to something on the page preventing the mouse events from being sent to the Stockdio chart. We recommend you to contact Wix tech support to determine why this is happening.
