Problem with checkboxeS custom field

Hello to all,
I have a problem with the latest version Pro (2.0.1). I have custom fields (Checkboxes) created with Types (Toolset) and when imposed the search did not find anything. Instead it works with version Pro 1.4.3.Thanks,
