    Hi @sahil15,

Kindly check the store currency that you’ve set at WooCommerce → Settings → General

I visited the site and the products are shown in INR on the shop page, so it is likely that your current store currency is INR rather than USD.

Sure sir, but the thing is if i change my currency to USD it still changes it to INR.

    Hi there!

That could be a cache problem.

    Please try the following:

    1. Change your store currency to USD.
    2. Visit your website using another browser or device.
    3. If it still does not work, try to test for plugin conflicts.

How to test for plugin conflicts:

    1. Deactivate all plugins but WooCommerce.
    2. Does it work? If yes, activate your plugins one by one, until the issue reappears, then you will know which plugin was the cause.
    3. Does not work? Try to change your theme to a WordPress default theme or Storefront. If it works then, the problem was your theme.

Thank you the help ma’am but the problem still remains. I tried both the ways you gave but still I am facing the same issue.

    Hi @sahil15,

Quite unfortunate to hear that the wrong currency display issue has persisted.

Kindly check with your host on whether they have enabled server-side caching and request them to disable it then recheck whether the issue persists.

Thanks for the help sir. I tried this too but hasn’t changed anything.

    Thanks for getting back.

In this case, it seems that it’s a site-specific issue.
For instance, it could be due to some custom code or a conflict you’ve not been able to find.

Therefore, we recommend checking with a developer or WooCommerce customizations experts who you can allow to access your site and find out the cause of the issue.
