• Hello everyone, I’m sorry to bother you. I use OceanWP with a plugin called Flexible Shipping and I’m having some problems with the checkout page.
This plugin is used to put a price on shipments, and the problem is that the Subtotals column doesn’t look right, it doesn’t line up with the heading on the left (“Envíos”, in Spanish).

On the other hand, in the responsive view the text in parentheses appears vertically:
    (XXXX
    XX%
    Off)

Is there a way that the width of the Subtotals column fits the width of the text? I’ve been trying to modify the CSS on my own but was unsuccessful, everything goes crazy. I asked in the plugin support and they said it’s a compatibility problem with the theme.

In case that it’s not possible to fix this, could you recommend a similar plugin that is compatible with OceanWP and friendly with its design? Thank you very much in advance.

  • Hello,

Kindly share the page URL where you facing this issue.
So, I can try to inspect that and able to suggest some solution.

Thank you very much for your reply @abhikr781! Unfortunately I’m developing it locally with Xampp, so I cannot share a link. For now what I did was remove the plugin I was using and leave WooCommerce’s default fixed shipping price option, but I still have that same unevenness between the word “Shipping” and the price corresponding to shipping. So I added a margin-top: 10px; at the price and at least it hides a bit that unevenness that I see between the two, but I have definitely not solved the problem. Thank you very much again for your attention.

    Hello,

    You are most welcome.

No issue but sometimes page URLs required to inspect and find the causes for the issue.

Please try to switch to the parent theme and check if you experiencing the same issue or not.

It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugin except woocommerce and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.
