Problem with Class ‘_WP_Dependency’

Hi there,
I updated my blog to WP 4.7 and some minutes later got problems such as no php files or lack of classes and so on. I replaced files in wp-includes with a new files that downloded.
But got new problem that i can`t understand:

Fatal error: Class ‘_WP_Dependency’ not found in /home/u555584188/public_html/wp-includes/class.wp-dependencies.php on line 220

Problem line is
$this->registered[$handle] = new _WP_Dependency( $handle, $src, $deps, $ver, $args );

But there is a class file class-wp-dependency.php that creates class.

All files are from new version. Cache was cleared. I can`t get access to dashboard because of fatal error.
Please, help me to bring my blog back to life.
