problem with class-notify-users-e-mail-admin.php in the latest v3.1.1

What is the screen you see it? You can send a picture? Have you tried reinstalling? Checked in some environment that did not happen, I want to error happen to me.

What version of your PHP?

Having exact same problem.

Problem encountered will be resolved in the next few minutes.

Will I need to delete plugin and reinstall? Just upgrade?

the error msgs appear in Settings–>Notify Users E-Mail (not in Notify Users E-Mail Settings)..
According to my provider the PHP version I am using is:
PHP 5.2.12.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing of the plugin.

is it possible to install the previous version of the plugin which worked well on my platform?
