I have set the following in the behavior menu
Pop-up closed by the visitor by clicking on the “x” icon.
Do not show this pop-up across the site for 24 hours.
But after accessing via mobile and closing the pop-up, refreshing the site or opening another link on the site, the pop-up appears again. Normal on computer.

    Hi @fgtuyutr

I hope you’re well today and thank you for contacting us!

I tried to replicate this on my own test setup (with just a basic theme and Hustle only) and my Android smartphone but so far it worked fine for me.

    1. Did you test it with different mobile devices already and if yes – is it happening with all of them for you or just some specific one(s)? If it’s specific – what kind of device (inlucing OS and browser and their versions)?

    2. Do you happen to use some kind of caching and/or JS/CSS optimization tools on site and if yes
    – is the same happening if you disable them temporarily?
    – what are they?

    Let us know, please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

My website uses the caching plugin – LiteSpeed ??Cache. How can I exclude it in the settings?

    Hi @fgtuyutr,

Hope this message finds you well.

LiteSpeed has a guide about asset optimization troubleshooting in this link:

    https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-optimize/

    These are our Hustle assets:

    CSS
    hustle-popup.min.css
    hustle-global.min.css
    hustle-icons.min.css

    JS
    front.min.js
    hustle-ui.min.js

Let us know once you exclude the CSS from the LiteSpeed Cache.

    Best regards,
    Laura
