Problem with ColorMag

Hi,
We’re ngo and we must do all by self without IT support. As NGO we don’t have funds for IT support. Last time we have problem with colormag, free version ColorMag 3.1.4., WP 6.4.3.
When we enter the graphic style editor, we get errors with loading plugins. I keep getting the message: “Personalization: loading”, the ColorMag widgets page shows errors.
