Problem with columns displayed with gallery shortcode

Hi,
I’m using the Elementor shortcode widget and I used the wordpress shortcode to insert galleries.
Example: [gallery ids="1171,1172,1173" columns="3"]
The problem is that the pictures are shown in only 1 column and not 3.
I’m becoming crazy to find a solution.
I tried also to restore a backup of 2 weeks ago to see if some change of the last days caused some problems, but nothing.
Could you help me please?
Moreover if you know a free solution to use a dynamic gallery in a Elementor template it could be great.
