Problem with combine css files

    I use wordpress 5.3 with a twenty twelve child theme.

    When the function ‘combine css files’ is OFF: The changes I make in style.css of my child theme are not seen in the front end of the website.

    When the function ‘combine css files’is ON: the menu button on a smartphone disappears.

    On this moment the function ‘combine css files’ is OFF.

    I hope you can help me.

    The problem is resolved with the help of the technical support of Siteground. There was a css script thant can’t be combined and that had to be exluded.
