Problem With Comments

Any time someone tries to leave a comment on my blog, it goes to wp-comments-post.php. This is just a blank white page and their comments aren’t coming through. I have disabled and enabled add-ons, checked the comments.php file and am now at a brick wall. What can I do to fix this???? HELP!!!
