Problem with conditional logic and calculation field

I really want to love this plugin, but the conditional logic is not working at all for me and the calculation fields are not working as I would expect.

I am using slider numbers and have default values set for them. On page load, calculation fields are not displaying the default values of the fields used in the calculation. I have to change a field value before the calculation field will do the calculation and display a value other than 0. I added a switch the user can click to display the default calculations. Once the calculation fields had a value > 0 I wanted to hide the switch, but conditional logic isn’t working for me.

Conditional logic not working for slider or number fields. I have 3 different interest calculation fields. One calculates interest at 4%, one at 5%, and one at 6%. If the user moves the slider to 4, I want to display the 4% calculation field. I have also tried having a number field and entering 4. Neither of those work and I tried hiding if not equal to 4 and I tried showing if equal to 4. They all display fine with conditional logic turned off.

Cannot calculate by adding?other calculation fields together. I have calculation fields that are subtotals. I thought I would be able to add subtotal fields together to get a grand total, but that didn’t work. I had to re-compute everything that I had to do for all the subtotal fields to get a grand total.

How can I duplicate a form? I want several very similar forms and would hate to have to recreate them all from scratch.

Is anyone else having these same issues?
