Please read the FAQ and the forum.
This question has been answered several times and it belongs to the FAQ.

If your WordPress host doesn’t have access to your Joomla MySQL database, the method is to export your Joomla database with PHPMyAdmin and import it on your WordPress database (with PHPMyAdmin too). After that, you can configure the plugin to point on the WordPress database (hostname and database fields).

For the media, you must fill in the URL field with the URL of your Joomla site (with https:// at the beginning).
For the users import, this feature is in the Premium version: https://www.fredericgilles.net/fg-joomla-to-wordpress/

Also, One thing, is it possible to import only k2 content from joomla?

With the K2 add-on, it will import the K2 content and the Joomla content.
If you want only the K2 content and not the Joomla content, you can remove the Joomla content on the WordPress site after the import.
