Problem with Contact Fields after update to 7.3.5

FYI, I downgraded to version 7.3.4 and the problem does not exist with this version.

Also having issues. After updating form 7.3.0 tot 7.3.5 the quizresults do not get sent.
Frontend: After clicking the send button nothing happens.
Backend: the content on tab Emails hangs. Only a turning circle is visible.

Downgrade to 7.3.0 helps to solve this

Correction. 7.3.6 is the one that has issues (did not use 7.3.5)

I have the same problem with the version 7.3.6 but only when the fields are after the quiz !

I have also problem on my website? any news?

This issue has been fixed in the latest plugin update. I request you to update QSM to its latest version (v7.3.12) and check.
Do let me know if you still face the issue.
