Problem with create new feed

Where exactly in the process of creating a feed are you experiencing issues? On page one already after hitting the ‘Create feed’ link?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the plugin. I need your help to understand what exactly is going wrong.

Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

Your URL should look something like this now:
….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me on [email protected]? It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feeds and what the processing status of them is.

I have this very same problem.

I just updated the plugin after perhaps 10 months or so of not updating. It deleted my custom feed that I created.. not looking forward to recreating that. It also will not let me create a new feed. It goes to a white screen when I try to save it.

Here is the debug information you asked the prior person for, but for my site:

Thanks for your addition. I see you are running on PHP 5.4 which is an old version and not supported by the plugin. It requires PHP 5.6 and would run a lot faster on PHP 7.0. Do you have a possibility to upgrade to a newer version of PHP and WooCommerce?
