Problem with creating a list

    Hi
    I have the free version installed with a view to trying it out and seeing if it fits our needs. I am trying to create a new list and am just instead getting a screen with ‘how about a new list – Add Subscriber – Edit Lists – Import – Export’ in tabs at the top, but the rest of the screen is blank. How do I add a new list?
    Also, we would like to set up autoresponders up to 1 year in advance, to alert a user that their listing on our site will expire. Can Mail Poet do that? Happy to upgrade to paid if it can.

  • Hi,

    1. You probably have a theme or plugin conflict blocking that page. Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Show Geeky Options? Then see if any error messages come up.

    2. You can choose to send a newsletter 52 weeks after a user subscribes to a list.
