I checked your website but did not find the popover ad code. There is a placement with the same name, but the ad there seems to be built with AAWP.
Can you please do the steps:
1. Create a new ad unit (plain text and code).
2. Paste the mobile popover ad code into the ad unit and publish it.
3. Create a new placement, choose the type with the /body icon, and assign the ad unit.
If you have also added visitor conditions as recommended in the tutorial, I would advise leaving them out for testing and adding them later when you have seen the first popup.
I noticed that Amazon does not show popup ads in every post. Also, these ads do not appear on every page view. In addition, they are usually also played out somewhat delayed. To test this, I recommend opening different posts or pages in an incognito tab and checking whether the ad appears.
Another reason could be that your location is not supported. Here in Germany, for example, I have to move my virtual location via VPN, e.g., to the USA, to see these ads.
