Problem with Credit Card Payments

I have contact with the support team of braintree and they told me that this issue is occurring during the 3D Secure lookup: “RESPONSE 422 {\”error\”:{\”message\”:\”Billing given name format is invalid.\
Billing surname format is invalid.\”},\”threeDSecureInfo\”:{\”liabilityShifted\”:false,\”liabilityShiftPossible\”:false}}” and the 3D Secure does not accept non-ASCII characters and as such is throwing errors due to the given name and the surname values.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
