Problem with Critical Error

  • Installed WebStories plugin and I get this error when trying to click New Story or use a template.

    “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    I ran HealthCheck & Troubleshooting in troubleshooting mode with all other plugins disabled except WebStories and still got this error.

    I would love some help solving this problem.

    @danamick2573 Thank you for posting your topic. We’re happy to look into this but need further details.

    1. Did your site admin email inbox link you to a debugging article and have you had a chance to read through the article presented to you?

    2. Could you share your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

    3. Could you please share any browser console errors when this issue occurs?
