Problem with css

  • Hello thank you so much for your amazing plugin
    I need a bit of help with the css
    I want to place my logo in the bottom of the page so i wrote in footer css
    footer{background-image: url”https://2halachot.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/bottom.jpg” no-repeat center;
    min-height:200px;} but it is not showing up
    also i would like to put a border around the whole page but i tried body, html but nothing shows what should i use?
    Could you give a bit more information about the tags that we could use in the custom css div, html, body … thank you so so much!!!

    I would also like to know where i can find the html and css markup so i know what i can target for the custom css?

    You cant click inspect element on a PDF document. I’ve also looked through the code in the plugin a bit, I would keep looking but would be there forever consuming copious amounts of coffee! ??
