    Hi,

    As soon the issue happens only to Polish, which is your default language, our plugin should not be involved. The default language is not altered by our product, so it may be possible the issue is related to a conflict with other plugins. Could you please try a compatibility test? Briefly disable all other plugins, except ours the the one required for that form, and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. If this fixes the problem enable everything one by one or in small chunks, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
