    We operate on multi-site environment we have multiple currencies (Euro, USD, & GBP) and we defined manually the currency multiplicator.

    When redeeming the gift card with multi-currency the PW plugin is taking the manually defined multiplicator values to convert the currencies for calculating the remaining balance/ for redeeming.

    Could you assist me if there is a way, where the gift card takes the live currency conversion rate and not the multiplicator value ?

    The currency convertor we are using is WooCommerce Price Based on Country (version 3.4.7)

    And PW WooCommerce Gift Cards Pro (version 3.1)

    We will check compatibility with version 3.4.7 of the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin to see if it is possible to pull from the live currency conversion rate rather than the multiplier value.

    www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow supporting Pro versions in their forums but the integration with the currency conversion plugin also applies to the WordPress version so we will reply back here once we have more information.     We installed the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin however the automatic conversion feature is only available in the Pro version.

    Since both plugins are Pro versions, we cannot offer support for this issue using the WordPress forums. Please contact us directly using the link above and we will see if there is anything else that we can do for a Pro user.

    Thanks for explaining.

    The reason I have created a thread in forum is because I already did use the link you provided to contact the support almost 2 weeks ago. And I did not receive any response until today being a pro plugin client, I have also sent an email to [email protected]. And no response either.

    So, I am not sure if the contact us is as active as the thread.

    We replied to your email on August 8th, I just sent it again. Maybe our replies are being blocked by your email server? If you want to contact us using a different email address that may help.
