Problem with cyrillical category and tag slugs in rel=canonical

    I have a Cyrillic domain and i want to make the permalinks structure entirely in Cyrillic.

    In the admin settings in the permalink category slug (category) changed to Cyrillic “категория”

    As a result, the site URL are of the form /% D0% BA% D0% B0% D1% 82% D0% B5% D0% B3% D0% BE% D1% 80% D0% B8% D1% 8F /% D0% B4% D0% BE% D0% BA% D1% 83% D0% BC% D0% B5% D0% BD% D1% 82% D1% 8B /

    but in the rel = “canonical” URLs look like /категория/% D0% B4% D0% BE% D0% BA% D1% 83% D0% BC% D0% B5% D0% BD% D1% 82% D1% 8B /

    and because of that fall out of the index page a uncanonical. How to solve this problem? How to encoding slug in the URL inside the rel tag?
