• I’m, I think, having permission problems? I can’t save any changes in the SMTP settings. It worked fine on my test site but when I try to get it to work on the actual site it saves none of the changes and the send test mail isn’t there.The needed info is there since I transferred the database.

    So what permissions does this actually require? I should already have the maximum access so could this be something else?

  • Hi @reseliz.

    The plugin doesn’t need any special permissions, other than Administrator user. If you are accessing Settings page by a user with Administrator permissions, it should be working fine.

    The way it behaves, I suspect you’re probably using some security plugin that prevents the plugin from saving settings in the database. Can you try to temporary disable it and see if it helps?
